Strength Training
Barre Sculpt
Strength Training is a full-body workout designed to build muscle, increase bone density, and improve everyday strength. Using weights and functional movements, this class focuses on proper form and smart progressions to help you feel stronger, more confident, and capable—at any age.
Barre Sculpt is a low-impact, high-burn workout that blends ballet-inspired movements with strength training. Using light weights, small controlled pulses, and isometric holds, you’ll sculpt lean muscle, improve posture, and build total-body strength.
Bungee Fitness
Energize & Align Yoga
Bungee Fitness is a fun, low-impact, high-energy workout that uses a bungee harness to help you jump, kick, and move with ease. Combining cardio, strength, and balance, this class is easy on the joints and big on fun—leaving you feeling strong, energized, and smiling the whole time.
Energize & Align Yoga Flow is a feel-good vinyasa class that blends smooth, energizing movement with a strong focus on alignment. Expect mindful flows, strength-building poses, and intentional breathwork to leave you feeling balanced, grounded, and refreshed—strong in your body and clear in your mind.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible class that uses a chair for support while moving through stretches, light strength work, and breathing exercises. Perfect for improving mobility, balance, and flexibility, this class helps you feel relaxed, confident, and energized
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing class focused on rest, gentle stretching, and nervous system reset. Using props for full support, you’ll hold comfortable poses while breathing slowly and intentionally, allowing your body to release tension and your mind to fully unwind.
Step Fitness
Step Fitness is a fun, upbeat cardio class that uses a raised platform to build endurance, coordination, and lower-body strength. Set to energizing music, you’ll move through easy-to-follow step patterns that get your heart pumping and leave you feeling strong and accomplished.
Zumba
Zumba is a high-energy, dance-inspired cardio class set to upbeat music from around the world. With easy-to-follow moves and nonstop fun, you’ll burn calories, boost your mood, and leave feeling energized—no dance experience required.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a powerful, high-energy workout that combines punches, kicks, and cardio intervals to build strength, endurance, and confidence. Expect a fast-paced class that relieves stress, boosts stamina, and leaves you feeling strong and empowered.
Youth Fitness
Youth Strength Training is a fun, age-appropriate class focused on building strength, coordination, and confidence. Using bodyweight exercises and light resistance, participants learn proper movement patterns in a safe, supportive environment that encourages healthy habits and athletic development.
